These Terms of Use govern your use of Offbeat, the Offbeat website, and related services. By using Offbeat, you agree to these terms.
Using Offbeat
You are responsible for the media and other content you import, record, create, edit, export, or share through Offbeat. Use the app only with content you have the right to use, and do not use Offbeat in a way that violates copyright, licensing terms, platform rules, or applicable law.
Accounts, purchases, and subscriptions
Offbeat is free to download. Some features may require an account or a paid subscription. Purchase processing, billing, renewals, restore flows, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Feature access may change based on your subscription state, device capabilities, app version, or service availability.
Analytics and diagnostics
Offbeat may collect consent-based analytics and diagnostic data as described in the Privacy Policy. Those systems are used to operate, measure, and improve the product and are not a licence for users to upload or distribute content they do not have permission to use.
Exports, sharing, and third parties
When you export or share content — including recordings, converted files, or LRC lyrics — Offbeat may create temporary local files to complete the action. Final delivery depends on the destination, share target, storage provider, or external service you choose, and those third parties may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and limits
Offbeat is provided on an as-available and as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. Some features depend on device performance, supported media formats, system services, or network availability. We may update, change, suspend, or remove features at any time.
